1.Piston ring already assembly inside the cylinder sleeve.

2.The questions regarding too tight for crankshaft
     2-1.there are 3 support frame,please assembly firstly for the middle one then 2 side frame,Test if rotating well before next
    2-2.The 2 point on connecting rod shoukd match exactly ,the side of points must close to the side of crank .
    2-3.when you assembly the screws on connecting rod,please Even tight  firstly,and then tighter to finish assembly.
    2-4.Once you finish assembly for one connecting rod,pls test if crankshaft rotating well then go on.

3.All touching face of metal should adding engine grease,such as connecting rod and crank throw,crankshaft and copper bush,cylinder sleeve and pistion,pistion pin and connecting rod,camshaft and rocker arm.

4.The screws of cylinder head must tight from middle to side,directions from 1-10

5.Avoid O-ring falling off when installing inlet pipe.

6.Pay attention to the direction when assembly starting pulley. The iron shell is inside and the rubber shell is outside .

7.Driving gear and Driven gear component must interdigitation and then tight the 2 screws of M2.5*6 of motor bracket.

8.The channel of flywheel aligns with the pin(2*12) on the crankshaft.

9.Attention of Install belt in the direction of timing point.
